BEATS OF GRATITUDE is a celebration of movement, music and community.

Join Beth Purser and Allie Bruni for a fun community inspired event to get your body movin' & groovin' Together we'll move with effort and ease within the Spānda (vibration / pulsation). Class explores traditional yoga postures while connecting with our internal energy that expands and contracts, a drawing in and expanding out. Music will be deep, melodic, and carefully curated to fit the movements offered. All abilities welcome and invited. Be ready to go with the FLOW!
